Palm sugar is a natural sweetener that has been enjoyed throughout Southeast Asia for centuries. It is made by slowly simmering the sap of palm trees. While different countries use different varieties of palm trees, YUGOC carefully selects palm sugar made from the Palmyra palm, one of the most widely used species in Vietnam.
Unlike refined white sugar, palm sugar offers a mild, mellow sweetness with a rich, natural flavor. Its gentle taste makes it perfect not only for sweetening coffee and tea, but also for enjoying on its own as a simple, candy-like treat.
