How to get to Star Lotus / Access

Star Lotus is located about a 10-minute taxi ride south from Hoan Kiem Lake in Hanoi, Vietnam. It’s slightly outside the main tourist area, but the area is packed with stylish cafes frequented by locals and Vietnamese restaurants aimed at tourists.

The southern area of Hanoi city where Star Lotus is located also has the “Hoa Lo Prison” and the “Women’s Museum”, so we also recommend visiting them together.

Besides gems, they also have miscellaneous goods related to Vietnamese traditions. Since all of them are selected by Japanese connoisseurs, the product lineup is impeccable.

It is fine to just buy souvenirs, but participating in the class to experience polishing a gem and creating an accessory is also highly recommended. It’s nice to choose a gemstone based on color or mood, or choosing your birthstone is also recommended. It is popular not only with couples and spouses but also with families with children.
