Palm Sugar

YUGOC’s popular “Palm Sugar”, a great souvenir for handing out to friends and colleagues. It contains 1% preservative, and the remaining 99% is all natural sugar derived from palm tree sap. It is great to add to coffee or to use as a seasoning in cooking. However, YUGOC’s top recommendation is “eating it raw”.
