About Our Services

Delivery Service

YUGOC offers a delivery service for travelers staying in Ho Chi Minh City. Please make sure that the name entered when placing your order matches the name used for the hotel reservation (guest name). If the guest name and the order name do not match, we will not be able to leave the products at the hotel reception.

For delivery, a fee of 60,000 VND is charged per order. However, customers who purchase products worth 1,000,000 VND or more will receive free shipping. Please note that an additional delivery fee may apply for areas outside the city center.

We regret that we do not arrange international shipping to Japan. We kindly ask that you place your order online or purchase through our authorized distributors.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made either online or in cash on site.

Online payment: Please complete the payment when placing your order. For JCB cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, we will send you a payment link later.

Leave the payment at the reception: Please leave the payment at your hotel reception before the delivery time. After confirming the payment, we will leave the products there. *Not available in Hanoi.

Product payments are accepted in Vietnamese Dong.
If you wish to pay in Japanese Yen, please contact us in advance.
