Product Description

Longan is a tropical fruit native to southern China and mainly harvested in Southeast Asian countries with tropical climates. In Japan, it can only be harvested in very limited quantities in parts of Okinawa and is generally not available on the market.

Each bunch bears more than a dozen grape-sized fruits. The flesh is translucent and beautifully delicate, and its white juice is very sweet. Longan has long been familiar among Vietnamese people, with the harvest season running from July to October. Compared to other fruits, it is relatively expensive, but it is widely popular among women because it is believed to help with constipation, anemia prevention, and diabetes prevention.

The longan honey sourced by YUGOC is harvested in southern Dong Nai Province and south-central Phan Thiet, then bottled for sale.
