About the Product – Raw Honey

● No additives or sugar are added at all. ● It is filtered twice through cloth. ● We do not use heat processing or centrifugal filtration because they destroy the nutrients contained in honey. Therefore, the honey may contain pollen, but this does not present any issue in terms of quality or health. ● Since the honey is 100% pure, repeated opening and exposure to air may promote fermentation, but this does not affect its nutritional value. However, because discoloration and sourness may occur, if you plan to eat it as is, please consume it as soon as possible. ● The white foam on top of the honey does not affect quality, so it can be eaten without concern. If it bothers you, please remove it with a spoon before consuming.

About the Product – Macadamia Nuts

● No additives are included at all. ● The oil that comes out of the nuts is the natural plant oil of the macadamia nuts themselves. ● No salt is added to the macadamia nuts. ● Since this is a 100% natural food product, please understand that there is a certain chance that some nuts may be burnt during the roasting process and may not be edible. ● All shells have been scored, but please understand that in rare cases the cut may be shallow, making the shell difficult to crack.
