YUGOC partners with such producers to turn regional specialties and traditional foods into products. One of our major distinguishing points is that the farms and producers differ depending on each product. From Hanoi in the north to the Mekong Delta in the south, our Japanese and Vietnamese staff personally travel to each area to carefully select premium souvenirs that allow travelers to “relive the memories of their trip to Vietnam even after returning home.”

The farms we source from are carefully selected through the combination of the refined palate of Japanese staff and the trained eye of Vietnamese experts. All products handled by YUGOC are specialties unique to their region. However, cultivation and production methods differ from farm to farm, and this can greatly affect both taste and appearance. Our raw honey is designed to be enjoyed as it is, so we use elegant wine bottles for it (round bottles are used for gift sets). For Vina Crepe, we use Ha Long Bay, a World Heritage Site, as the main visual, clearly expressing a strong sense of Vietnam. In addition, the entire box uses calm, luxurious colors to create a premium feel, resulting in a design that conveys a sense of specialness the moment it is picked up as a souvenir. About Our Delivery Service YUGOC has delivery bases in Hanoi (North), Da Nang (Central), and Ho Chi Minh City (South), making same-day delivery possible in the shortest cases. For other areas as well, delivery is available with a few days’ notice. Of course, this is convenient for people living in Vietnam, but many travelers also stay only for a short period, such as 2 nights and 3 days or 3 nights and 4 days. Because of this, there is a risk that regular postal delivery may not arrive before their departure date. That is why YUGOC has introduced a system that allows customers to specify the delivery date and time when making a purchase. In some cases, same-day delivery is possible, with travelers receiving delivery at their hotel and residents receiving delivery at home.
