Cash Payment

Payment can be made in cash. Please pay our contracted driver upon receiving the product. You may use Vietnamese dong, Japanese yen, or U.S. dollars. However, in order to avoid complications in currency conversion, payment using a mix of two or more currencies is not accepted. Example: Paying 1,000,000 VND with 500,000 VND and 2,500 yen

Credit Card Payment

We accept credit card payments. Supported card brands are “VISA,” “Master,” “JCB,” and “AMEX.” If you pay by credit card, it is also possible for us to leave the product at your hotel front desk.

Bank Transfer

As of September 2018, bank transfer service has not yet been introduced. Once available, we will promptly announce it on this website.

[Regarding Refunds]

Once a product has been purchased, we do not accept returns or refunds for any reason.
