Delivery Areas & Delivery Times
Same-day delivery is available in Vietnam’s major tourist destinations, including Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, and Hoi An. For other areas, delivery typically takes 3–5 days. Our delivery service is designed to make shopping easy and convenient, even for travelers with a short stay.
The standard delivery fee is 60,000 VND. Orders totaling 1,000,000 VND or more qualify for free delivery.
Additional delivery charges may apply for destinations outside the major tourist cities.
Hoi An requires an additional delivery fee of 120,000 VND.

Online Payment
Pay online in advance for the fastest and most convenient service. Once your order is completed, we can arrange delivery immediately. We accept major credit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Hotel Reception Payment
You can leave the payment at your hotel’s front desk, where our staff will collect it safely through the hotel.
This service is not available in Hanoi.
Payment at the YUGOC Flagship Store
You can also pay directly at our flagship store in Ho Chi Minh City after checking the products in person. If you prefer, we can also deliver your order to your hotel, allowing you to continue sightseeing without carrying your purchases.
